All of our products have a Lifetime Warranty! 

 

We want you to be satisfied with both the service and the products you receive when
you shop with us.
The Natural Balance jewelry is a lifetime product. We offer a Lifetime Warranty for all bracelets and necklaces. ​The Natural Balance jewelry is customized and personalized to fit. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged, which is covered by the lifetime warranty. Used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We do not cover wear and tear damage due to life-style. We also do not cover for loss of the product.
Customization or wearing the bracelet or necklace for any length of time voids our refund/exchange policy.

In the event of a manufacturer defect the warranty covers repairs or replacement. Shipping and handling charges are the customers responsibility.

Note:  For safety reasons, due to the personal nature of  jewelry and supplement products,
they cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
