Who should not wear magnetic jewelry?

It is not recommended to use magnetic therapy if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump, or any other electrical device in your body.  It is also not recommended to use or wear magnetic therapy products during pregnancy.

If unsure, please consult your doctor.

Are our products waterproof?

Yes! Feel free to wear our bracelets in the shower or in the pool or in the ocean.

Which arm should I wear the bracelet on?

The beauty about Natural Balance products is the simple fact that it is effective on either wrist. 

How do I know which bracelet is right for me?

All of our Natural Balance jewelry pieces contain powerful therapeutic magnets, negative ions, germanium, far-infrared.  Some jewelry pieces contain more magnets than others along with rare tourmaline, or high-power magnetic hematite. making them stronger. 

How long will my bracelet be effective for?

Our bracelets are made of permanent rare earth neodymium magnets and minerals which will not lose their strength over time as long as you take care of it, you can enjoy it for a lifetime!

Can I wear my Natural Balance Power Bracelet magnetic jewelry all the time?

We recommend wearing your Power Bracelet all day to achieve the best results. You can sleep with your magnetic jewelry on if it is comfortable for you.

What method of payment do you accept?

We proudly accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay.

How long will it take to receive my order?


For United States orders, delivery will take between 3 and 5 business days with the free standard shipping option. We also offer faster delivery options for additional charges. These expedited shipping options will be quoted for you during checkout. 


For international orders, standard delivery will take between 7 and 20 business days. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to be delivered, allow between 15 and 20 business days before reaching out to the customer service.

Where do you ship from?

All of our orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouses in the USA.

 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment.. If you have any further questions, please email us and our staff will be happy to assist you.

How are my items shipped?

Your items are shipped from our fulfillment center and will usually reach you via your local postal service in your location (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). 

Return & Exchange Policies

At Natural Balance, we strive to provide each and every customer with an experience that makes them feel confident in their purchase. We hope your selection brings you many years of enjoyment. 

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, regretfully we can not offer you a refund. In addition only if the product has not been worn and is in its original condition & packaging can it be returned for a refund.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, Note: all sale discounted items from the original retail price are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.  Gift returns with receipts can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card. Returns without a receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card at the current price, minus any current promotional discount. A $30 Restocking Fee will apply.

Does my Natural Balance Power Bracelet jewelry have a warranty?

Natural Balance offers a lifetime warranty.  Manufacturer's defects are covered for one year after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if any parts or mechanics don't work properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your item through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, lost items, or theft.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests,
