No! We try to make buying from us as convenient as possible. We do have our online store but we also have a store front where we host various styles that you can see in person! We also travel around the country at home shows so check out our "Trade Shows" tab to see when we will be near you!

° "Can I customize the jewelry?"
At this time currently we do not offer customizations other then sizing. If you are trying to look for something specific, give us a call and we can help talk you through ideas!

° "Where do the products that make up the bracelets come from?"
The bracelets are made from surgical grade sterling silver and titanium, or copper. On the inside of the bracelets, there are negative ions, germanium, far infrared stones, and green tourmaline. Some of these items may have been mined and sources from their natural environment but all of our products are made and manufactured in California.

The warranty is automatically covering any purchased bracelet at no additional cost. The warranty covers anything that may be a manufacturing issue. It does not cover lost, stolen, or broken bracelets due to neglect. If you have an issue with the bracelet and want to know if it is something that we can fix or replace, please contact us immediately and we will try to find a solution!
There are no returns due to health and safety reasons once you purchase and wear the bracelet. We do not resell products that have been used by others when they leave our shop, table, or those who purchase online and receive their products by mail.

° " What kind of strength do I need to help my health problems?"
We love being able to help our customers in person to try and figure out the right style, fit, and strength. However, in the event that you are buying online and can't try it before you buy it, we recommend you take into consideration your height, weight, style and size, and the severity of issues that you have been dealing with.
